| ONLINE BOOKING & PAYMENT £100 deposit secures your week! Balance payable four weeks before holiday start date. To book your week online, using your CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - just click the button adjacent to the week you want. This will take you to a secure Paypal payment page, and then on to our booking form. We will always confirm your booking as soon as possible. |

OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS - THE SMALL PRINT !
A few things to note..............
Our tariffs are quoted commencing and ending on a Saturday.
Other than by special arrangement:
~ Occupation will normally commence between 4 p.m. and 5p.m. on start date
~ Departure will be no later than 10 a.m. on end date
Our Terms and Conditions of Hire..............
Availability - If a cottage cannot be made available due to circumstances
outwith our control, liability will be limited to a full refund of money already paid;
Breakages/ - All breakages and damage must be reported and paid for;
Damage
Cleaning - The cottages are to be left in a clean and tidy condition;
Children - Well behaved children aged 10 years and older are welcome, accompanied by their well behaved parents;
Deposit - A deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking;
Deposits are non-refundable if cancelled by the hirer;
Balance - Payment in full is required no later than four weeks prior to start date;
If hirer cancels after balance payment made, a balance refund will only be given if the cottage can be re-let;
Insurance - Cancellation etc. insurance is the responsibility of the hirer;
Occupancy - Maximum occupancy is four persons (plus one small dog subject to prior arrangement - see under);
Parking - Parking for one family car available opposite each cottage -
NB: not suitable for very large vehicles, but public parking is readily available nearby;
Payment - Our preferred method of payment is by Credit / Debit card online using Paypal system.
Otherwise, in sterling, by cheque or banker's draft for phone / e-mail bookings. Booking will
only be considered complete once deposit payment has been cleared and completed booking form received;
Pets - Sorry, but due to difficulties encountered we are no longer able to accept any pets;
Smoking - Our cottages are strictly no smoking;
Bookings - Telephone and e-mail bookings will be held for one week pending booking form and deposit;
All bookings will be confirmed as soon as practical;
